IOC provides a range of Subsea operation services including SURF
Most offshore field development projects require Subsea Umbilicals, Risers & Flowlines (SURF) scopes of work as part of development.
Installation services include:
Umbilical, riser and flexible installation, termination and hook-up
Installation of PLEMs, PLETs, jumpers, manifolds, flying leads
ROV services
Subsea inspection maintenance and repair services
Subsea salvage services
Our services

Umbilicals
Umbilicals connect from the surface facility to the subsea development through an Umbilical Termination Structure (UTS). From the UTS, umbilical services are transported to the various subsea equipment located on the field. Many times umbilical services are “flown” from apparatus to apparatus via a flying lead, which is similar to the common extension cord.
Risers
Risers transport produced hydrocarbons, as well as production materials, such as injection fluids, control fluids and gas lift. Usually insulated to withstand seafloor temperatures, risers can be either rigid or flexible.

Subsea flowlines
Subsea flowlines are the subsea pipes used to connect a manifold to the surface facility in order to convey fluids to or from the host. They are arteries of the offshore production system, used to transport production, well testing, water injection, gas lift or gas injection. Their integrities play a central role in maintaining sustained production.
